Returns & refunds

I accept returns on both prints and original paintings within 14 days of delivery, in line with UK and EU consumer law.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and returned with proof of purchase. To request a return, please email hello@artbyclaudiarose.com before sending an item back.

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact me as soon as possible if there are any issues, including damage during transit, so this can be assessed and resolved.

Once a return is received and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
